1. Before the telescopic forklift loader new car is used: add diesel, grease the whole car, and check the bolt fastening

 

2. Before telescopic forklift loader daily operation, check whether the indicator of instrument light is normal, whether the manitou telehandler bolts are loose, and add grease. Check the extending boom loader engine oil and coolant before and 45 minutes after the operation is stopped every day, and check whether there is any oil or water leakage. The oil level should be kept at the middle of the upper and manitou telehandler lower scales of the scale. If it is insufficient, add it in time.

3. Change the extending boom loader engine oil and filter after 50-100 hours of first maintenance

 

4. For telehandler,telescopic wheel front end shovel oil-water separator, press it when the top of oil-water separator is equipped with a hand oil pump. If there is water in the filter, open the bottom knob anticlockwise. After the water is drained, tighten it clockwise. Replace the filter element 250 hours later.
