Daily maintenance reminders for Haiqin Machinery wheel loaders

 

1. Check oil, water and gas leakage and overheating every day; then check engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil level of diesel engine; check tire pressure and damage again; continue to check instruments and lights; finally check butter injection at articulation points.  

 

2. Check the bolts of the front and rear transmission shafts every 50 hours; Then check the oil level of the gearbox; Then check and adjust the foot brake and hand brake, and brake the oil quantity of the afterburner; Finally check the throttle control and speed control system.
