Measures and precautions:
1. Loader circuits and oil pipes should be checked more in high temperature in summer. Loaders use higher temperature in summer, and rubber skin aging of internal circuits is accelerated, in order to prevent short circuit spontaneous combustion of circuits. Therefore, in order to improve the inspection frequency of the line, the tubing is also one of the key inspection items. Check whether the tubing skin is cracked or not, and immediately remove the problem.
2. Clean up the cooling system: check and clean up the cooling system, clean up the dirt of the cooling system as far as possible, so as to improve the heat dissipation efficiency, keep the cooling system unblocked and speed up the reciprocating of cooling water.
3. Water tank of small loader: There is little or insufficient coolant in cooling system, which will make the engine dangerous of overheating. If the coolant is insufficient to carry out effective cooling, short-term overheating will lead to lubrication failure, worsening wear and even serious accidents such as cylinder pulling. The rubber pipe connected with the water tank should also be inspected for rupture and water leakage. It should be replaced immediately.
4. Inspection and replacement of fan drive belt: After long-term use of high temperature belt in summer, the belt is prone to cause fatigue and deformation, affecting the rotation of the fan. We should regularly maintain and adjust the belt tightness, immediately remove the aging belt, so that the fan can operate normally.
5. Batteries should pay attention to the height of the electrolyte, the high temperature evaporation in summer is large, and the height of the liquid level is reduced. Distilled water or electrolyte should be added immediately according to the need to prevent plate oxidation. Dust and dirt on the surface of batteries should be cleaned up.
6. Check the braking system frequently: high temperature in summer and long working time of small loader cause high temperature of brake disc, which affects braking effect. In high temperature period, continuous working time should be reduced. If the braking effect is reduced, stop immediately to cool down, so as to avoid potential safety hazards.
